The SpeedMachine 3 120 is here. What changed from the previous generation? Better heel pocket and a boot that is more responsive laterally, it feels quite a bit more powerful. While the SpeedMachine 120 is more substantial side to side it isn't too much boot when flexing forward. At room temp they are to feel quite soft, but when you get out there they'll feel like a 120. A boot that's ready to go wherever you are.
How's the fit? The Nordica SpeedMachine3 120 is a snug 100 mm last with a slightly longer toe box. There is less room on top of the instep of the Speedmachine than other 100 mm lasted boots. The foam around the achilles can be a little snug for some people, don't fret it will bake out with heat molding, time or minimal liner work. The liner is less agressive feeling than the SpeedMachine 130 and more pronounced than the SpeedMachine 110 mostly around the heel.
